After we have received an order confirmation, we will contact you within 24 hours and send a payment link. 

Shipping

We ship worldwide through our US warehouse.
For USA we offer a FREE SHIPPING guarantee on orders over $45.
For other countries, we provide FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200.

Order processing time is 1-2 working days after  payment. 

• Shipping within the US  usually takes 2-7 business days. We will send you a tracking number by e-mail according to your request.

• Shipping to Canada usually takes 15- 20 business days. We will send you a tracking number by e-mail according to your request.

• Shipping to other countries usually takes  20 - 30 business days. We will send you a tracking number by e-mail according to your request.

Buyers are responsible for any custom duties and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns and exchange details

• Order cancellation is accepted if your order has not yet shipped.
• If you receive a broken toy (during transportation, the toy may be damaged, this happens very rarely, but it happens), contact us by e-mail and we will refund your money or send you a replacement.
• If the item was lost during delivery, please contact us.
• If you would like to return an order, please contact us. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
