Payment

We accept payments through Stripe. Stripe securely processes your payment information. Tiny Fox Hole does not receive or store your full card number or CVC. You do not need to create a Stripe account and may pay using an available debit or credit card or another payment method shown at checkout. If you have any problems with payment, please contact us.

Standard shipping

Our shipping process happens in two stages:

• First, your order will be sent in a consolidated shipment to our warehouse in the United States. This usually takes around 10–14 business days.
• Once it arrives at the warehouse, your parcel will be sorted and forwarded to you by the local delivery service. At that point, we will email you the tracking number.

For the USA we offer free shipping on orders over $100.

For other countries, we provide free shipping on orders over $300.

• Shipping to the US usually takes 20–25 business days.
• Shipping to Canada usually takes 21–35 business days.
• Shipping to Australia by Asendia usually takes 21–35 business days.
• Shipping to other supported countries usually takes 21–35 business days.

During the pre-holiday period, delivery may take 1–2 weeks longer because postal services are overloaded.

Buyers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Shipping is not available to Russia, North Korea or Iran.

Returns and exchanges

• Order cancellation is accepted if your order has not yet shipped.
• If a toy arrives damaged, contact us and we will review the case and offer an appropriate refund or replacement.
• If the parcel is lost during delivery, please contact us.
• If you would like to return an order, please contact us before sending it. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
