Payment

Orders are currently closed. When the next sales window opens, the available payment methods and the final total will be shown at checkout. If you have any questions about payment, please contact us.

The October sales window opens October 10, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EDT and closes October 11, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EDT. Pre-orders from this window will leave our workshop no later than the end of December 2026. Delivery takes additional time after dispatch; arrival by Christmas is not guaranteed. Read our Terms of Sale before ordering.

Standard shipping

After workshop dispatch, our shipping process happens in two stages:

• First, your order will be sent in a consolidated shipment to our warehouse in the United States. This usually takes around 10–14 business days.
• Once it arrives at the warehouse, your parcel will be sorted and forwarded to you by the local delivery service. At that point, we will email you the tracking number.

Shipping to the USA costs $10 for orders below $100 and is free from $100.

Shipping to Canada costs $20 for orders below $300 and is free from $300.

Shipping to other supported countries costs $30 for orders below $300 and is free from $300.

These usual estimates start after workshop dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

• Shipping to the US usually takes 20–25 business days.
• Shipping to Canada usually takes 21–35 business days.
• Shipping to Australia by Asendia usually takes 21–35 business days.
• Shipping to other supported countries usually takes 21–35 business days.

Holiday congestion, customs and carrier disruptions can make delivery take longer.

Import duties and taxes may be payable by the buyer unless checkout states otherwise. Delivery is currently unavailable to Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria and Ukraine. Ukraine is temporarily closed while regional restrictions are checked. See our full Shipping & Delivery policy for details and what happens if a parcel is delayed.

Returns and exchanges

You may request cancellation before dispatch. For ordinary catalogue toys, you may request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after receipt. If an item is damaged, incorrect or lost, contact us so we can investigate and offer the remedy required by applicable law. Please read our Refunds & Returns policy before sending anything back.
