How we work & how to place an order

We are a small workshop, and everything you see is made by hand. Our resources are limited, and we choose to work this way intentionally. This system allows us to keep realistic production timelines while also giving everyone a chance to place an order calmly, without rush or stress. Instead of staying open all the time, we open the shop only a few times a year.

We usually open sales about 6–8 times a year. Orders can be placed only during these open periods. At other times, the shop remains closed. To help you prepare, we usually update the website 3–4 days before each launch. This allows you to explore what will be available in the upcoming pre-order.Sometimes updates happen closer to the opening, as new ideas and details can come together at the very last moment.

To avoid confusion with time zones, we always open sales at the same time: 12:00 pm EST.

If you have any questions, you can always contact us through the form on our website.

We work in two formats: pre-orders and drops.

Pre-orders

A pre-order means that we create each piece specially for you. There is no quantity limit, but the time window is limited.
Pre-orders are usually open for 24–36 hours. Because all items are handmade and the volume of orders is often high, production time may take up to 2–3 months.

Drops

Drops are limited collections with a fixed quantity. Once an item is sold out, it will not be available in that drop anymore.

Drops are usually open for 2–3 days.
The processing time for these orders is shorter and typically takes around 2 weeks.

After you place and pay for your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email includes important details about your order and estimated timelines.

If you did not receive a confirmation email or something seems incorrect, please contact us through the website before placing another order.

Sometimes a payment may go through, but the confirmation email does not reach you.

You are always welcome to leave notes with your order.

Feel free to share any wishes, details, or clarifications. We carefully read and take all of them into account.

And if you leave kind words or warm messages, please know that we truly appreciate them. It means a lot to us.

Each product on the website has an “love to see this again” option.

You can tap this button to mark pieces you would love to see return in the future.

You can also leave your email. We do not send regular newsletters.
We only reach out in rare cases, if there is something truly important.

By leaving your email, you become part of our email list.

Please note: this is not a reservation.

We carefully track these selections to understand which toys are most wanted.

Based on this, we decide:

• which items to include in upcoming drops
• which pieces to add to future pre-orders
• and in what quantities

Your choices help us plan future collections.

Our collection includes a large number of items. If we opened pre-orders for the entire catalog at once, production time could extend up to 6 months or more.

We want to avoid long waiting times. That is why we carefully select the most anticipated pieces and include only them in each pre-order.

We always hold 4 main seasonal pre-orders during the year:

• Spring — late January (Easter and spring-themed pieces)
• Summer — around April
• Autumn — late August (with a focus on Halloween)
• Winter — October (Christmas and winter collections)

In addition to seasonal pieces, we also include some of our most loved collections and a few new designs.

By leaving “love to see this again” requests, you help us understand what you are waiting for the most.

If you are unsure about anything, you can always contact us through the form on our website. We are here to help.
