How we work & how to place an order

We are a small workshop, and everything you see is made by hand. Our resources are limited, and we choose to work this way intentionally. This system allows us to keep realistic production timelines while also giving everyone a chance to place an order calmly, without rush or stress. Instead of staying open all the time, we open the shop in announced sales windows.

Shop openings

We plan to open sales about once a month. Orders can be placed only during announced windows. At other times, the shop remains closed, but you can browse the collections. We announce each opening date and time on the website.

Types of sales: pre-orders and drops

Pre-orders

A pre-order means that we make the pieces for you after the sales window closes. Availability and the ordering period are announced for each window. We review the orders and our workshop capacity after closing, then confirm the latest shipping date for that window.

Drops

Drops offer a limited number of ready-made pieces. Once an item is sold out, it is no longer available in that window. The order and shipping dates are announced for each opening.

Order confirmation and order notes

When your order is accepted, we email its details to the address you used at checkout. You can request a sign-in link on the My orders page using the same address. We confirm the latest shipping date after the sales window closes. If your confirmation does not arrive or a detail is incorrect, contact us before placing another order.

You may leave wishes, details or clarifications in the order note. We carefully read them, but a note does not change the product, price, production time or delivery terms unless we confirm the change with you.

Seasonal pre-orders

We normally hold four main seasonal pre-orders:

• Spring — late January;
• Summer — around April;
• Autumn — late August, with a focus on Halloween;
• Winter — October, with Christmas and winter collections.

Dates and availability may change and will be confirmed in the announcement for each opening.
